The <blockquote> tag

The <blockquote> tag is used when there is a need for you to place a quote and follow it up with a reference as to who had said the quote. When the Browser sees <blockquote> tag, it places the sentence in indentation so as to make it unique from the rest of the body. <blockquote> can also be used in conjuction with the <cite> tag. When you do this, the person or the source name features adjoining the sentence placed within the <blockquote> tag.

Alternatively, quotes can also be placed using the <q> tag. The only difference here would be the appearing of the quotation signs wrapping the text that is placed within.

    I'd been trying to learn html for ages but often failed in my attempts. One main reason I would say is the lack of available content to have a grasp of the subject. Of course they say that there are a lot of websites that do provide Html content, but the major flaw in all of them is their inability to start the subject from basics and then gravitate towards proficiency. However, thankfully, I have found HTMLWHALE.com, and in all honesty, this is the only site that I have found to answer to all of the needs that any begineer would have.
